I am this young lady! I am so much better today than I was on this day because I took that BOLD step and let go of the one thing that was eroding my peace, sanity and well-being. Fast forward 8 years, I am living my amazing IMPERFECT life but I am still standing and I wouldn’t trade it for anything, not diamonds nor gold. 

That one decision I took, changed the course of my life; my daughter isn’t growing up watching Daddy hitting Mummy—a thought that kept me up at night—and my son isn’t becoming a teenager, wondering if the way to show a woman love is by hitting her.
