It’s My Story: In 2002, your precious daughter and last born of the family Faveur Ifeoluwa went to be with the Lord. Can you share a bit of this experience with us?

Yes in July 2002, our youngest daughter, Faveur Ifeoluwa went to be with the Lord in London, UK. We went as a family to spend some time in the UK, holidaying and doing the work of ministry.

Faveur had an accident right in front of the airport terminal as soon as we landed, and she died a couple of days later at the ICU. It was a very trying moment in our lives. We had ministry work to do, souls needed to be touched, and we decided not to allow the situation to deter us. We had to experience burying our daughter while still standing to minister to the hurting. To God’s glory, the programme went well and the devil could not stop the Word of God from reaching the lost. God has since been using this experience to touch people, especially those who have experienced such.

  1. Indeed what would we do without Jesus when life’s hard knocks strike? He is our refuge in the storm, our hiding place, our Rock!
