Theme: Beyond A Pastor’s Wife.
The event was organized by The Pink World Foundation, anchored by Pastor Chidi Agatha, a member of the Prevailing Women Ministers. The program’s objective was to bring attendees to the realization of their true personalities and remind them that they are here on a mission and that it is time to start living that dream or vision with a focus on 1Peter 2:9 and Ecclesiastes 3.
The host shared a short, inspiring video. It was meant to challenge participants to wake up to their calls early enough to not look back in regret at the life they lived.
There were two guest speakers. The first speaker talked about not needing a position before making an impact as Pastors’ wives. Leading as pastors’ wives go way beyond the ceremonial position, it’s about being the woman who has come to know and is following in the leading of God for her life.
“As a woman, you should always be conscious of your true personality in Christ. Never forget that you are here for a mission, don’t let anything or anyone distract you or discourage you from this. Choose to be driven by a true desire to actualize your God-given dreams despite all odds.
Train yourself and expose yourself to ministrations that will launch you to the place of in-depth intercession to obtain power for overcoming all types of obstacles to your forward drive.
Now is the set time, wake up from your slumber, quit the procrastination and start living that dream or vision centred on 1 Peter 2:9 and Ecclesiastes 3, so that when you look back at the way you lived your life, after now, you wouldn’t do so with regrets but with satisfaction and joy.
As a Pastor’s wife or a minister of the Gospel in any capacity at all, we do not need the ‘position’ or ‘title’ to make an impact. That calling of God on your life is not about the ceremonial position but about the lady who has come to know and is following God’s leading in her life.”
